When you type in a procedure or test, you can also select between viewing negotiated rates or historical claims. Negotiated rates will show prices based on the rate we’ve agreed to pay that provider. Historical claims will show prices based on actual past bills.
Each search result will show the provider or location’s basic information, whether they're in the network and what your estimated out-of-pocket cost would be. Select More details for a clear breakdown of how it might affect your deductible, out-of-pocket max, etc.
