Action required with Producer Center URL being updated; plus, a recap of recent enhancements

We’re making a required update to our Producer Center login URL effective July 31, 2024. If the Producer Center URL is embedded on your website for your employees to use or if you have the Producer Center login page in your favorites/bookmark list, the current URL will be deactivated and won’t work after the switch is made.

Please replace your current embedded or bookmarked Producer Center URL with the new login URL(s) provided below:

• Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon: https://chs1.my.site.com/producercenter/login?expid=OR
• Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah: https://chs1.my.site.com/producercenter/login?expid=UT

You can begin using the new URLs immediately.

Last month we released three enhancements to make it easier for you to find the information you’re looking for and support your customers on Producer Center:

• New Producer Training: We’ve added new links for webinar sign-ups and training videos. Plus, we’ve updated the menu label from Training Materials to Producer Training.
• New Individual/Medicare Supplement line-of-business Action Item for Missing Information: If an Individual or Medicare Supplement (Medigap) application is missing necessary underwriting information, a new action item will appear. Once you select it, you can see which items are required, view Underwriting’s letter with more details and upload any documents needed directly in Producer Center.
• Searchable forms is now the default: When you click Resources, the Searchable forms list will appear, and the older Forms and Documents search function will be available only from the navigation menu. The older static Forms and Documents page will be discontinued in Q3 2024.
