We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our competitive 2023 ancillary broker bonus program. Appointed producers will receive credit for new USAble Life Life and Disability (L&D) sales; Regence-branded Dental cases; and LifeMap L&D and Dental business.

This enhanced broker bonus program is offered in addition to our 2024 sales incentive, which rewards top producers with the highest new annualized premium sold between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2023.

The enhanced broker bonus focuses on rewarding producers who generate multiple ancillary sales throughout 2023. We value your hard work and dedication in providing comprehensive benefits solutions to our clients, and this program acknowledges your exceptional contributions.

Here are the key highlights of the program:

1. Expanded credit scope: You'll receive credit for both new L&D sales, in addition to Regence-branded Dental cases. This expands opportunities for you to earn bonuses by offering a comprehensive range of ancillary benefits to our clients. Credit is awarded for effective dates of Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 1, 2023.
2. Inclusion of LifeMap business: For 2023, you also receive credit for sales of LifeMap L&D and Dental business.
3. Producers qualify by selling:
   • A minimum of four lines of coverage with $100,000+ in new annualized premium, or
   • One or more new cases with $500,000+ in new annualized premium.
