We launched our new Producer Center experience in 2023 to deliver an improved, streamlined portal that makes managing your book of business easier than ever. Key features include:

• A new dashboard with a summary view of all quotes, renewals, applications and commissions
• A consolidated clients section, improving your visibility into the status of your accounts
• Updated reporting and literature ordering
• A dedicated commissions section
• New searchable forms capability
• Direct links to important training resources
• Ability to order member ID cards

These enhancements can help you save time and free you to provide high-value service to your clients. Access to Producer Center is available to all appointed producers with active groups and prospects. If you’ve never been a Producer Center user before or need to reset your password, send a request to our Producer Relations Support team to request access.

We’re making a required update to our Producer Center login URL effective July 31, 2024. If the Producer Center URL is embedded on your website for your employees to use or if you have the Producer Center login page in your favorites/bookmark list, the current URL will be deactivated and won’t work after the switch is made.

Please replace your current embedded or bookmarked Producer Center URL with the new login URL(s) provided below, which you can begin using immediately:
