Open enrollment for groups with Jan. 1, 2024, effective dates ends Friday, Dec. 15. That’s the last day for new members with January effective dates to be enrolled in time to receive their member ID cards before their coverage takes effect. Contact your sales representative if you need help meeting these deadlines.

You can help prevent delays in processing fully insured enrollment forms by submitting spreadsheets only for new groups. Changes for existing members must be submitted via paper or online enrollment if the group has access to the online enrollment system.

In addition, please submit enrollment applications on the correct line of business (LOB) and the correct group size and year version. Older applications and incorrect LOB/group size applications will be rejected. Ensuring that forms are filled out completely—including the entire top section, hours of eligibility, and both date of hire (DOH) boxes (original DOH and full-time DOH)—before submitting forms to Regence_Membership@regence.com will help us provide new member ID cards on time.

You can use Producer Center to find a group’s job classes, hours per week requirement and current probationary period to validate whether a requested effective date is correct. You can also check a live census to see if an employee has been enrolled yet.
