In January we launched an all-new Producer Center to help simplify your workflow and better meet your clients' needs. But the work didn't stop with that launch. Moving forward, we'll continue to enhance Producer Center to deliver a top-flight experience for you and your teams.

The first of these routine releases went live on March 16, 2023, and we've added new capabilities that make it easier for producers to find information they need. On May 4, 2023, we added the ability to order member ID cards for Individual and Medicare members.

Overviews of all the enhancements for both of these releases are available in the current Producer Center experience. Click here for access.

The next release is scheduled for June 29, 2023 (previously June 15), and you'll receive a notification in Producer Center that changes have been made, along with an overview of those changes.
