We’re excited to share the changes we’ve made to our Medicare Advantage dental benefits for 2024. All our 2024 individual MA plans include total dental coverage—without the need for a buy-up—for both preventive and comprehensive dental services.

Our MA plans offer a tiered annual dental coverage limit amount, so your clients can choose the plan and benefits that best meet their needs. We also have a large dental network, as well as no deductibles, no waiting periods and no prior authorization needed for services. So it’s easy for our MA members to make appointments and get dental services right away.

Our MA plans also feature vision, hearing and fitness benefits, plus an OTC allowance on many plans. And we offer some of the highest levels of agent support, customer service and member satisfaction in the industry. We look forward to serving you and our members in the future.

Our 2024 Medicare Producer Resources page is live! It’s your comprehensive source for marketing materials, plan documents, search tools and other information. You’ll find a link to the 2024 Medicare Producer Resources page in Producer Center in the Resources – Forms & Documents section. The link to the 2023 Medicare Producer Resources page will continue to be available through 2023.

You can also order print copies of 2024 materials from Producer Center. After logging in, select Resources – Literature Orders, New Literature Orders to access your options from the drop-down menu.

We accept Medicare Advantage and Medigap Agent of Record change requests each year between Oct. 1 and Dec. 7 for Jan. 1 effective dates. The © 2023-24 Agent of Record Form must be used. We don't accept digital signatures and accept only the first Agent of Record request during this time period per member. The updated form will be available on the Medicare Producer Resources page beginning Oct. 1.
