To remain compliant with CMS, we require producers to certify annually to sell and receive renewal commissions on existing Medicare Advantage and Part D business. The certification deadline is Sept. 15, 2023.

You should have received your certification invite via email on July 24.

The Quick Start Guide provides links and instructions for completing both the Regence Medicare Certification training and the CMS-required Medicare training. To meet the CMS training requirement, we accept the Medicare training from AHIP, NABIP (formerly known as NAHU) and Pinpoint Global. The certificate must include Fraud, Waste & Abuse.

Don’t forget to use the Regence AHIP certification link. When you do, you'll receive the $50 discount, and the AHIP certificate will automatically be sent to us upon completion. You can also use the link above to authorize AHIP to transmit your course completion to us automatically, even if you certify directly with AHIP or through another carrier. Please allow 24 hours for transmission of your AHIP scores.
