To remain compliant with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, we require that producers certify annually to sell our Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans. On July 6, you'll receive an email invitation to complete your 2023 Medicare Advantage and Part D certification. You can access the training site at that time.

You must recertify in order to sell and receive commissions for 2024 Medicare Advantage and Part D products and to receive renewal commissions on existing Medicare Advantage and Part D business. You must complete the certification training by Sept. 15, 2023, to be prepared for AEP.

If you've completed either the AHIP or NAHU Core, Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) certification training, those certificates will satisfy the National CMS training requirement. The national training and our training together satisfy Medicare Advantage training requirements.
