WinCo Holdings Inc. (WinCo) (group #10034043) is a Regence administrative services only (ASO) group located in Boise, Idaho. WinCo members reside in Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington and other states outside of our service area, including California.

These members can be identified by the prefix WZO on their member ID card.

For dates of service on or after July 1, 2023, Non-DaVita providers who provide outpatient dialysis services will need to submit claims to Regence.

For dates of service on or after July 1, 2023, the coverage of certain medical drugs will transition from medical benefits to pharmacy benefits.

The provider will need to:

• Submit pre-authorization to obtain the medical drugs from WellDyne Specialty Health (the pharmacy benefits manager for WinCo) by calling 1 (866) 240-2204
• Submit claims for the medical drugs to WellDyne
• Submit claims for the administration of the medical drugs to Regence; the administration of the medical drug will continue to be covered under the medical benefits.
  • Providers must include a line for the HCPCS code billed to WellDyne with a penny charge ($0.01) on their claims.

Note: WellDyne will honor existing pre-authorizations through the approval term.
